WILL THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION STOP CHEMTRAILS?
So Far, Promises Made Have Not Been Kept And EPA Still Denies the Existence of Purposeful Toxic GeoEngineering/Chemtrails
Yuma, AZ — March 2026
Back in January 2020, while corresponding with Bobby Kennedy Jr. on vaccine matters, I asked him what was his position on Toxic GeoEngineering/chemtrails. He responded as follows:
“I don’t know enough about chem trails to know what is true and what is not. Trusted friends tell me stories about metals, etc. that I find hard to swallow although today all is plausible. I just can’t imagine a form of geoengineering I’d support. It all seems diabolical and undemocratic.”
On March 2022, I emailed Bobby requesting that he investigate chemtrails, which I call purposeful Toxic GeoEngineering like he did vaccines, and included a study I prepared for him on the subject, titled “Illegal Toxic GeoEngineering – Crimes Against Humanity.”
On March 1, 2023, Bobby interviewed Dane Wigington from GeoEngineering Watch, titled “Are Chemtrails Real – With Dane Wigington.” This podcast was in audio only. There is also a video interview between Bobby and Dane, which may or may not be part of the same interview (I have not listened to the audio one), titled “Is Climate Engineering Real?”
While the majority of people may not have an idea about chemtrails, most of those that have heard of and noticed them are only aware of what appears to be planes at high altitudes spraying something in the air that start as thin lines, then gradually expand into a haze that can cover the whole sky within a few hours, but they are not aware that the agenda of Toxic GeoEngineering is not limited to the aircraft spraying, but that there are also high frequency radiation and microwave systems, even lasers, some on land, some in sea, and some in space, that are used to manipulate the substances being released by the planes by warming them in certain areas, affecting, and it appears, allowing control of weather patterns, causing droughts in some places and torrential rains in others. This is all explained in Dane’s documentary, “The Dimming.”
As I listened to Bobby’s comments in the video, I came to the conclusion that at least at that time, Bobby was skeptical of some of the information being provided by Dane beyond the spraying of toxic chemicals.
Around August 2023, Bobby replied to an X post that had comments from an alleged chemtrail pilot whistleblower, saying, “We Are Going To Stop this Crime.”
On October 2025, now as U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary, Bobby alleged that these substances that are being sprayed in our skies are introduced into jet fuel, and that DARPA is involved. He noted,
“And a lot of it now is coming out of the jet fuel. Those materials are put in jet fuel. I’m going to do everything in my power to stop it. We’re bringing on somebody who’s going to think only about that.”

Note: This appears to be impossible, because it would not explain why sometimes airplanes turn on and off the spraying, as the chemtrail line would always be present if that was the case, at both high and low altitudes (video below), but much more at the time of takeoff, where it would leave a bigger trail of toxic powder! As noted by Google AI:
“Jet aircraft burn significantly more fuel per minute during takeoff than during cruise because they operate at near-maximum thrust to overcome inertia and gain altitude. Once at a cruising speed of 500 mph (approx. Mach 0.75), fuel consumption drops by 40% to 50% as the engines throttle back and fly through thinner, less resistant air.”
In all these rabbit holes I have been studying since 1988, from vaccines, to cancer cures, climate change, and the objectives of the people behind the New World Order agendas, I have always found organizations who dedicate all their time in supposedly debunking these conspiracies, such as Snopes. I consider them to be controlled opposition, my personal point of view. One dedicated, at least initially to chemtrails was Metabunk, run by Mick West. For vaccines you had Skeptical Raptor, run by Michael Simpson (I have addressed his attacks on me and my church, the Natural Law Church of Health and Healing, here).
Recently I have seen another website that is focused on dismissing primary government involvement in chemtrails (an operation of this global magnitude can only be orchestrated by the U.S. military, precisely something DARPA could do) and instead points to jet fuel as being responsible for what we call contrails, which are water condensation tails created by the burning of jet fuel, that fade shortly after being created.
Note: While the above looks like what we used to see in the sixties and seventies, and still see here and there, a chemtrail whistleblower came out about 12 years ago saying that they also had new extremely toxic chemtrail substances that also disappeared shortly after being released, as seen here.
This is not the same thing as what Bobby claimed; Bobby says something is being added to jet fuel, while this other site, Climate Viewer, run by Jim Lee, claims that it is the same jet fuel being used for decades, that cause the trails, which we can simply call jet fuel pollution, or at least that is my understanding.
Del Bigtree recently interviewed Jim in a The Highwire episode. This may be what Bobby is somewhat referring to exclusively, regardless of any toxic substances being added to the jet fuel. My study, noted above, like many others, including those by geophysicist J. Marvin Herndon, prove that what is being released is not something added to jet fuel (although that might also be happening to a lesser degree), but is pure processed nanoparticle powders (which explains how they expand so easily) that cover our skies, with harmful chemicals, like aluminum, with highly toxic coal fly ash being its main component, and it is coming out of separately installed nozzles in the aircraft, whether adapted to the engine and/or separately. As a side note, multiple reports and videos talk about chemtrails as being simply the result of regional small-scale weather modification operations that are used to bring rain to drought-stricken areas. These small aircraft are not capable of releasing so much Chemtrail Toxic Powder to cover the skies completely in such large areas. Also, the flares used in these planes are very small, and cloud seeding is done over existing large cloud formations, so those clouds can use the substances released from the small plane, binding their water particles to bring about precipitation. What we see is chemtrails being sprayed in completely clear skies, as well as cloudy skies.
This is just a distraction, as are the claims that the only geoengineering that is happening is on an experimental level to see if it is a promising solution to so-called climate change/global warming. The Toxic GeoEngineering that is happening above us, almost daily, consistently, and around the world, demonstrates a scale that only military operations can achieve, and the chemtrail dispersal is happening exactly like geoengineering proponents, like Professor David Keith, from the Department of the Geophysical Sciences at the University of Chicago, has described, they are sprayed by aircraft at high altitudes and completely cover the sky, allegedly accomplishing this way their goal to reflect sunlight back to space to reduce global warming.
In a Toxic GeoEngineering conference in San Diego, CA, around September 2009, titled “Geoengineering the Climate – Science, Governance, and Uncertainty,” Keith mentions neurotoxic aluminum as a substance to be used in chemtrailing, noting it is very inexpensive to use, that planes can be easily converted, that it will cover the sky to reflect the sun – but also that they have not done tests to determine how toxic such a big load of aluminum and the other chemicals will be to human life and the environment. He says in his presentation, “And by the way, it’s not a moral hazard, it’s more like free riding on our grandkids.” He also said, “Let me be more careful … we haven’t done anything serious on alumina (as to scientific studies), so there could be something terrible that we will find tomorrow we haven’t looked at it.” See Keith’s presentation excerpts here.

To make matters worse for those of us who want to stop Toxic GeoEngineering, the same lack of action goes for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, that under the direction of Lee Zeldin, still denies the purposeful spraying of toxic chemicals in the sky, as can be seen on the EPA website. Zeldin released a video saying EPA would investigate chemtrails and solar engineering, but as it is seen in the EPA website, chemtrails are still denied, which could only be publicly.
So, the question is, why is nothing being done to stop the spraying? Almost every day, all day long, I see Toxic GeoEngineering happening around my house in Yuma AZ, as seen on the first photo above and the one below, or worse, like in this 360 degree view video.
According to “The People’s Voice” web report, Bobby has put together a Chemtrails Task Force, which would confirm Bobby’s comment above, where he said, “We’re bringing on somebody who’s going to think only about that,” but I have not seen any confirmation of that, other than the statements noted above.
It could be that investigations are ongoing and that like in the case of the Epstein files, they are waiting for the right moment to do their move, at least that is my belief – and hope. Remember, all these evil people that rule the world, The Cabal, The Elite, the Anglo-Dutch System, are the same ones responsible for chemtrails, mandatory vaccines, the COVID-19 lockdowns, financial manipulation of markets, fraud in state and federally funded programs, inflation, progressive taxes, wars, global warming, food and water shortages, depopulation, ad nauseum.
If Trump does destroy the swamp, at the point of arresting those at the top of each diabolical conspiracy, it will have to be one full global assault at the same time in order to stop the Cabal’s ability to escape, and before they do more harm globally, like a nuclear war, just like he did in Venezuela and Iran. It is my belief that President Trump has been taking all necessary steps since his first presidency to lay the ground work to accomplish his goal to destroy the satanist pedophiles that control most global economies and the majority of the world’s wealth. After all, one of Trump’s first executive orders in his first presidency was his Executive Order on Combating Human Trafficking and Online Child Exploitation in the United States, followed by Executive Order 13818 of December 20, 2017, Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption.
Bobby and Lee Zeldin just did an interview together with Dr. Marc Siegel, saying how they are working together on fighting against microplastics So, what are the possible reasons why the administration has not stopped Toxic Engineering? Aside from my guess above, here are some other possible reasons:
1. The Toxic Engineering operation is so Deep State, precisely as Bobby claims, saying DARPA is involved, that they still have not been able to confirm it, determine who is behind it, or figure out how to stop it. This is unlikely, as all you would need to do is (a) follow a chemtrail aircraft and take air samples, and (2) follow the aircraft to it’s landing location and then investigate from there, including all the chemtrailing hardware and toxic chemicals used and stored in the aircraft.
2. President Trump is behind it and does not want to stop it, for whatever reason. This is also not feasible, as he got the United States to leave the Paris Agreement on allegedly stopping global warming, both in his first and second presidency. He also got us out of the United Nations’ Agenda 2030, “Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,” which Pope Francis promoted before the U.S. Congress and the United Nations on September 2015, and which also promotes Toxic GeoEngineering under the banner of stopping climate change.
Remember also that Trump told us about Hydroxychloroquine to cure COVID-19 and never mandated masks or vaccines in order to participate in our community, which the Cabal wanted desperately and forcefully to do, as did their puppet pResident Joe Biden.
3. Other actors/nations around the world are doing Toxic GeoEngineering against the United States, and we continue to use U.S. assets to control and neutralize them to the best of their ability, some sort of defensive atmospheric weapon shield, until we can dismantle their operations.
4. There is one more reason why Trump might be justified in allowing the exaggerated Toxic GeoEngineering across our country and around the world to continue, but that scenario is so horrible, that in good conscience I cannot reveal it publicly.
Whether Bobby knows the true reason of why President Trump has not stopped the poisoning of the masses, or has his own justified reasons to apparently not be taking action, like the immediate attack of the media and The Cabal for exposing it, (which could interfere with any criminal investigation), like he has done with vaccines, we need public acknowledgement of the ongoing toxic GeoEngineering operations, followed by reassurance that something is being done about it.
Regardless of the reason, Toxic GeoEngineering/chemtrails, using substances that are extremely harmful to us and the environment, must be immediately exposed and stopped.
I pray that President Trump, Bobby, Zeldin, and the administration, will work to stop this injustice, sooner than later. Amen!
